Cooling-off Period & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, the item must: ✅ Be unused and unworn.
✅ Be in its original condition and packaging.
✅ Be free of stains, odors, or damage.

If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned: ❌ Custom-made or personalized items.
❌ Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
❌ Items damaged due to improper use.

📦 How to Return an Item

1️⃣ Complete the Return Form
Fill in the return form included with your order or download it from [website].

2️⃣ Package the Product Carefully
Ensure the product is properly packaged in the original materials including the box to prevent damage during transport.

3️⃣ Send Your Return to Our Return Address
Send the package to the specified return address. Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the return is due to an error by Dutch Bbby (e.g., an incorrect or defective item).

4️⃣ Keep Your Proof of Shipment
We recommend sending your return with Track & Trace. Dutch Bbby is not responsible for lost return shipments.

💰 Refund

How Quickly Will I Get My Refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 15 working days via the original payment method.

Will I Get the Shipping Costs Back?
Initial shipping costs will only be refunded if you return the entire order. Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless we made a mistake.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer an exchange service. If you would like a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order through our webshop.
