• Customer: Any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Dutch Bbby.

• Right of Withdrawal: The customer’s right to cancel and return the purchase within 14 days.

2. Orders & Delivery

2.1 Ordering Process
After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation by email. Once processed and shipped, a Track & Trace link will be provided.

2.2 Delivery Time
We aim to deliver orders within 5 working days. In case of unexpected delays, the customer will be notified promptly.

2.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly indicated during checkout. Free shipping may apply to orders above a certain amount.

2.4 Delivery & Liability
The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Dutch Bbby is not liable for delayed or incorrect deliveries due to an incorrect address.

3. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via iDEAL, credit card. All prices are in euros and include VAT.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

5.1 Cooling-off Period & Returns
The customer has 14 days after receipt to return an order without giving any reason.

5.2 Return Conditions
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Complete the return form and send it to the specified return address.

5.3 Refund
After receiving the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 15 working days via the original payment method.

5.4 Exceptions
Custom-made or hygienic products (such as underwear) cannot be returned.
