Orders and Delivery
Place your desired items in the shopping cart and follow the checkout process. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link to follow your order.
We process orders as quickly as possible. Contact us immediately at Service@dutchbbby.com if you wish to make a change or cancellation. Cancellation is no longer possible if your order has already been shipped.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. You can choose between:
- A refund of the purchase amount.
- An alternative product (if available).
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary by country. Check the shipping options during checkout.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Once we have received and processed your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 15 working days via the original payment method.
No, exchanges are not possible. You can return the item and place a new order.
Yes, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Underwear and swimwear (due to hygiene reasons).
- Items that have been used or damaged after receipt.
Warranty & Complaints
You have a legal warranty. This means that the product must meet reasonable expectations of quality and lifespan.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not apply to:

❌ Damage caused by improper use.
❌ Self-made modifications to the product.
Contact us immediately at Service@dutchbbby.com with a description and photos of the defect. We will offer you a suitable solution.
We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you have a complaint, send it to Service@dutchbbby.com. We will respond within 5 working days.
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can submit the dispute to a recognized disputes committee or the competent court in the Netherlands.
